All membership fees and services are payable in advance. By purchasing a membership, you authorize FeminaGYM to charge your provided payment method on the agreed billing cycle.
Unless otherwise specified, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel automatic renewal by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.

YOU HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE FEMINAGYM from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of FeminaGYM or otherwise, while participating in any activity or while on FeminaGYM premises.

FeminaGYM is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Use lockers at your own risk. Items left in lockers overnight may be removed and disposed of. Valuable items should not be brought to the facility.

Our trainers provide guidance and instruction only. They are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before following any fitness program.
Classes must be booked in advance. Failure to attend a booked class without 12 hours' notice may result in a no-show fee. FeminaGYM reserves the right to cancel or modify classes due to low enrollment, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Fitness results vary by individual. FeminaGYM makes no guarantees regarding specific fitness outcomes, weight loss, muscle gain, or any other physical transformation. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, diet, genetics, and other factors beyond our control.
All content on the FeminaGYM website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design, is the exclusive property of FeminaGYM and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
By entering FeminaGYM premises, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff immediately.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS FEMINAGYM and its owners, officers, employees, trainers, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeminaGYM operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST FEMINAGYM.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any membership agreements, and facility rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and FeminaGYM regarding your membership and use of our services. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded.
